Qoraal holds your notes, your to-dos and the messages you send it. This page says plainly what is collected, who else sees it, and how to get it back or have it removed.

Qoraal does not use advertising, does not sell data, does not build a profile of you for anyone else, and has no third-party analytics or tracking beyond the traffic statistics our hosting provider produces.

A note is private until you share it. A task in a shared group is visible to everyone in that group, along with the name on your account and a record of the changes you make to it. If you leave a group, the tasks in it stay with the group.
Your notes and tasks are kept until you delete them or ask for your account to be removed. A note you put in the bin stays there until you empty it. Records of messages sent to you are kept so that duplicates can be avoided and failures investigated.
Qoraal is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to your email, or by Google, so there is no password to be stolen. A WhatsApp number must be confirmed from that handset before it can be used. No service can promise perfect security, and we do not.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the bottom of this page changes and we will say so in the app.
