Qoraal keeps as little data as possible about you and how you use the platform. We only collect what we need to run the service and provide its features. Below is what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

| Messages you send the assistant | To answer them, and for nothing else. We do not keep a record of your conversations with the assistant, and we will not start. In the app, your chat history is saved only on your own device. If you clear your browser, or lose or reset your phone, it is gone, and we cannot recover it for you. On WhatsApp, what you send becomes a note in your account, because saving it is what Qoraal is for; you can delete any note. So that the assistant can follow a conversation, it holds your last ten exchanges for 24 hours and then deletes them automatically. To produce an answer, your message is passed to the AI providers listed below. |

Qoraal does not use advertising, does not sell data, does not build a profile of you for anyone else, and has no third-party analytics or tracking beyond the traffic statistics our hosting provider produces.

A note is private until you share it. A task in a shared group is visible to everyone in that group, along with the name on your account and a record of the changes you make to it. If you leave a group, the tasks in it stay with the group.
Your notes and tasks are kept until you delete them or ask for your account to be removed. A note you put in the bin stays there until you empty it. Records of messages sent to you are kept so that duplicates can be avoided and failures investigated.
Qoraal is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Traffic is encrypted in transit. Sign-in is by a one-time code sent to your email, or by Google, so there is no password to be stolen. A WhatsApp number must be confirmed from that handset before it can be used. No service can promise perfect security, and we do not.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the bottom of this page changes and we will say so in the app.
