Hand out work over WhatsApp, and know when it is done
Qoraal gives a small team one shared task list. The owner assigns a task to a named person, Qoraal reminds that person on their own WhatsApp, and the owner sees the moment it is finished.

How a team uses Qoraal
- In the Work (Shaqada) tab, create a group for your shop, office or project.
- Invite people by email or with a WhatsApp code. Each person joins with their own account.
- Add tasks and give each one to a named person, with a due date and time if it has one.
- The person gets the task on WhatsApp, a reminder when it is due, and one nudge if it goes overdue.
- When they reply "done", the task is closed and you are told.
What the owner can see
- Which tasks each person has, and which are overdue.
- A history of each task: who created it, who changed the date, comments, and who finished it.
- Who in the group cannot be reached on WhatsApp yet, and why — so no task silently reminds nobody.
Who it is for
Qoraal's team features are built for shops, small companies, NGOs, schools and family businesses in Somalia and the diaspora — places where staff already use WhatsApp all day and will not install a separate project-management tool. Companies that need to send tasks from their own systems can use the Qoraal API.
Questions people ask
How can I assign tasks to employees on WhatsApp?
Create a group in Qoraal, invite your staff, and give each task to a named person. Qoraal sends the task and its reminders to that person's WhatsApp, and tells you when they reply "done".
Does each team member need to install an app?
No. Team members can receive and finish tasks entirely from WhatsApp. They need a Qoraal account with a confirmed WhatsApp number so Qoraal can reach them.
Can a team member close someone else's task?
No. From WhatsApp or the assistant, people can finish only tasks assigned to them or created by them. The person who gave out a task can reopen it.
