Terms of Use

By creating a Qoraal profile you agree to these terms. Qoraal is provided free of charge, as-is, by an independent project — this isn't a formal enterprise agreement, just a plain description of what's expected.

Your account

You sign in with your own email address and are responsible for anyone who has access to that email inbox, since that's what controls your Qoraal account. Usernames are claimed on a first-come basis and may be reclaimed if left inactive with no published profile content.

What you publish

You're responsible for what you put on your profile. Don't publish:

• Content that isn't true about you or that impersonates someone else
• Content you don't have the right to publish (someone else's writing, private information about others, etc.)
• Content that's abusive, hateful, or illegal
• Malware, phishing links, or spam

Profiles that violate this may be removed without notice.

Reserved usernames

Some usernames are reserved because they'd collide with Qoraal's own pages (like about, dashboard, admin) or risk impersonating Qoraal itself or its staff, and can't be claimed.

Availability

Qoraal is run as a small independent project, not a funded company with an uptime guarantee. It's built to be reliable, but the service, or any individual feature, may change or be discontinued. If that ever happens for the platform as a whole, reasonable notice will be given so you can export or save your profile content.

Ownership of your content

You own what you write. Qoraal doesn't claim ownership of your profile content — it's stored and displayed so your public page can work, nothing more.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Qoraal changes. The "last updated" date above will reflect that.
