Terms of use

Short, and in plain words. Using Qoraal means agreeing to these.

The service

Qoraal stores notes and to-dos for you, and can send and receive WhatsApp messages on your behalf when you connect a number. It is provided as it is, and may change or be interrupted.

Your account

You are responsible for the email address and phone number on your account, and for who you invite into your groups. Do not use someone else's account or number.

What you may not do

• Use Qoraal to send unwanted messages to people, or for anything unlawful.
• Upload content you do not have the right to store, or that is designed to harm others.
• Try to break, overload or work around the limits of the service.

Your content is yours

Your notes, tasks and files remain yours. You give Qoraal only the permission it needs to store them, show them to you and to the people you share them with, and process them to provide the features you use — including sending the relevant parts to an AI provider when you ask the assistant a question.

Messages and reminders

Reminders and updates are delivered through WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta. Delivery is not guaranteed: a message can fail because a number is not confirmed, because updates are switched off, or because of a problem at WhatsApp. Do not rely on Qoraal alone for anything where a missed reminder would be dangerous or costly.

Ending it

You can stop using Qoraal at any time and ask for your data to be deleted. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.

Liability

Qoraal is provided without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost work, missed reminders, or indirect losses arising from using the service.
