WhatsApp commands
Most of the time you can write to Qoraal in plain Somali or English. These few words have a fixed meaning and always do the same thing.

| DONE name / DHAMEE name | Finishes the task with that name, for example "done rent". If two tasks match, Qoraal asks which one. |
| DONE 2 | Finishes task number 2 from the last list Qoraal sent you. |
| REOPEN name | Reopens a task you gave to someone else that was marked done. |
| STOP / JOOJI | Stops Qoraal's WhatsApp messages to you. |
| START / BILOW | Turns WhatsApp messages back on. |
| title: heading / cinwaan: heading | Saves a note with its own title; the note's text goes on the next line. |
| What do I have today? / Maxaa hawl ah oo maanta ii yaala? | Shows today's tasks, split into Personal and Work. |
Rules worth knowing
- You can finish only tasks assigned to you or created by you.
- A bare "done" with no name belongs to the most recent conversation.
- A reply that names nothing ends a "which one?" question rather than guessing.
