Your to-do list, inside WhatsApp
Qoraal keeps a to-do list you can manage without leaving WhatsApp. Send a task to add it, ask "what do I have today?" to see your list, and reply "done" with the task's name to tick it off.

Three things you can do from a WhatsApp chat
- Add a task. Send "buy cement for the shop on Saturday" or "Sabti sibidh u iibi dukaanka". Qoraal adds it to your list with the date.
- See your list. Ask "what do I have today?" or "Maxaa hawl ah oo maanta ii yaala?". Qoraal replies with your tasks, split into Personal (Shakhsi) and Work (Shaqada).
- Finish a task. Reply "done cement" or "dhamee sibidhka". Qoraal finds the task by its name and ticks it. If two tasks could match, it asks which one.
The same list in the app
Everything sent on WhatsApp appears in the Qoraal app at qoraal.com, and everything added in the app is visible from WhatsApp. The app adds due dates, times, steps (sub-tasks), attachments, lists such as "My day" and "Important", and a view of tasks assigned to you.
Safe by design
From WhatsApp or the assistant, a person can finish only a task assigned to them or one they created. The person who handed out a task can reopen it by replying REOPEN. This rule exists because a vague message once closed tasks that belonged to other people.
Questions people ask
Can I make a to-do list in WhatsApp?
Yes. With Qoraal, every task you send to Qoraal's WhatsApp number is added to your to-do list, and you can ask for the list and finish tasks by replying in the same chat.
Do I have to remember task numbers?
No. Qoraal finishes a task by its name, so "done rent" is enough. Numbers such as "DONE 2" still work if you prefer them.
Can I see the list on a computer?
Yes. Sign in at qoraal.com on any computer or phone to see and edit the same list.
