Delete your Qoraal account

You can ask for your Qoraal account to be deleted at any time, from the app or from here. It is deleted within 30 days of your request.

From the app

Open Qoraal and sign in.
Open Settings, then Your data.
Tap Delete my account, read the warning, and confirm.

Without the app

Email privacy@qoraal.com from the address you sign in with, or message +252615801175 on WhatsApp from the number connected to Qoraal, and say you want your account deleted.

What is deleted

Your account: your email address, name and WhatsApp number
Your notes, tasks, checklists, labels and reminders
Photos and files attached to them
Groups you own, and your place in groups other people own
Your WhatsApp connection and the messages Qoraal kept to run it

Deleting cannot be undone. To keep a copy first, use Settings → Your data → Download my data. If you change your mind before it is done, message +252615801175 on WhatsApp.
