Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Qoraal website, applications and related services provided by Qoraal Platform ("Qoraal", "we", "us"). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into these terms, or have the permission of a parent or guardian where required. If you use Qoraal for an organization, you must have authority to act on its behalf.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your means of access secure and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. You may use only accounts and contact details that you are authorized to use.

2. Use of the service

Qoraal provides tools for notes, tasks, shared work, reminders and assistant features. Subject to these terms, you may access and use the features made available to you. Features and availability may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance, security or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Qoraal to break the law, infringe another person's rights, send unsolicited or deceptive messages, distribute harmful content, impersonate others or obtain unauthorized access to accounts or data. You must not disrupt the service, bypass access controls or evade usage limits.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload content, share information about others and send invitations or messages through the service.

4. Your content

You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant Qoraal a non-exclusive permission to store, process, reproduce, display and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service and provide the features you use, including sharing and assistant functions.

You control the content you submit and the people with whom you share it. Shared content and activity may remain available to other participants after you leave a group. Keep separate copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

5. Assistant features and communications

Assistant features use automated processing and may produce incomplete or inaccurate results or interpret an instruction incorrectly. You are responsible for reviewing responses and checking tasks, dates, recipients and other actions. Assistant responses do not constitute professional advice.

Reminders, messages and notifications depend on account settings, connectivity and external services. Their delivery, timing and receipt are not guaranteed. Do not rely solely on Qoraal for emergencies or obligations where a missed or incorrect reminder could cause harm or material loss.

6. Privacy and external services

Our privacy policy explains how we process personal information. Services you choose to connect or access through Qoraal may have their own terms. You are responsible for complying with those terms when using those services.

7. Intellectual property

Rights in Qoraal's software, branding and service materials remain with Qoraal or their respective owners. These terms grant permission to use the service and do not transfer ownership of those rights.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Qoraal at any time and request account deletion as described in the privacy policy. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, protect users or the service, or comply with law. Where practicable and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that arose before termination. Provisions concerning ownership, liability and any unresolved dispute continue to apply where relevant.

9. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qoraal is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qoraal is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits or business opportunities, or losses resulting from missed reminders or loss of content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer rights.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms and will publish the updated version with its revision date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or seek your agreement before a change takes effect. If you do not agree to revised terms, you may stop using the service and request account deletion.

11. General provisions and contact

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later. Any separate written agreement with Qoraal governs the services it expressly covers to the extent of a conflict with these terms.
